Raq Roses

Raq Roses is a dance duet from the Central Coast. Dancing just for the love of it, Raq Roses wishes to entertain you with the fluid, dramatic dance form, “American Tribal Style” belly dance. Raq Roses adds a few of their own moves to give each performance individuality, beauty and style.

Raq Roses is made up of dancers Elyse and Sharilyn who share the love of music, especially world music. Inspired by intoxicating melodies and strong ancient drumbeats, Raq Roses hopes to delight you with their dance....

Raq Roses has appeared at Cultural Events, Renaissance Faires, Senior Care Centers, Parades, and Parties all over California.

Raq Roses wishes to thank their dance teachers, past and present, for patiently teaching and generously sharing this dance form with us.
